Delivery Times
Delivery times are effective from the moment the orders are shipped. Therefore, the total time from when a purchase is made to when it is delivered consists of the following:
Shipping time (the time it takes for the order to leave our warehouse) + Delivery time (the time the shipping carrier needs to deliver the package to the recipient) = Total time from purchase to delivery.
IMPORTANT: Orders received Monday to Friday before 3:30 PM will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3:30 PM will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
